Privacy notices are often designed with the sole intention of protecting a company against legal liability, with little regard to their effectiveness. However, designing an accessible privacy notice that consumers are able to read and understand is hugely important and goes a long way in building trust. Following the guidance of the Privacy Notice Design Space, this course walks students through the most important factors to consider when creating and implementing a well-designed privacy notice.
