Lesson Description

From your customer’s perspective, your user interface is your product or service. Having a good user experience not only makes your product easier to use but promotes brand loyalty.

While these things can temporarily boost sales or engagements, they will ultimately lead to unhappy consumers or regulatory action. This lesson will help participants understand the concept of consent and pitfalls to obtaining it.
